Preliminary task article

At Cardinal our ethos is to Respect, Believe and achieve and that is what our sixth form student have done throughout the sixth form with help of our amazing staff and facilities this is very much made possible. The main question you’re probably yourself asking is why should I join this sixth form? Well Cardinal Heenan sixth form offers a range of  many subjects, with many amazing facilities like our study area which is a great environment to be in, not just for work, but for socializing as well The study area is watched over by Gary Aster (A very helpful staff member of the sixth form) we asked a few questions about his time in sixth form, he told us, ‘I have been working in this school for nearly 3 years and I have enjoyed many moments working
here'. We also asked him if he enjoys working in this sixth form and he said, ‘I very much do. it is a well worked sixth form, that is strict but still lets the pupils be free at the same time. I have worked in
many sixth forms but this one is probably the best.’We then asked for his opinion on the organisation
of the school.‘It very well organised and I believe you get a nice range of subjects, which attracts a lot of students to the school. Finally we asked Gary Aster what he thought
of the facilities and the staff in the school. ’To me, it is the best sixth form in Liverpool in both terms
of staff and facilities. The staff are so helpful and they are very relatable towards students, and this motivates and helps students in the future. The facilities are also very great, especially the study area as it is a place of work for the pupils where they can socialise and do their work.  Also the canteen
has great food, and very nice dinner ladies ‘When interviewing one of the students, Albin Cyriac, we
asked him what he thought of the school, He stated, ‘I really like it. Its a good environment and you get a lot of freedom and independence.’ he also said, ‘The study periods, the food, the social life and the facilities are what make this sixth form great.’The only criticism that he had was that maybe our sixth form do not go on enough trios, but this is definitely something the school is looking at as we recently went on a trip to laser quest, and there is an end of year trip Go-karting.Finally we asked Albin what he thought of the staff, he replied, ‘They are great to us and they want us to do
the best we possibly can. They are also very relatable and definitely helpful.
